In addition to the two Onsala IBK teams, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 07. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK Rosa could be found in Group A together with Varla IBK lila and Särö Seahawks IBK.
Onsala IBK Rosa made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Stenungsunds IBK with 3-6. Thereby Onsala IBK Rosa finished second in P07 Slutspel A during Piratcupen 2020. Onsala IBK also participated in Pojkar 06 during Piratcupen 2019.
